Clear Choice
This is our most popular clean, highlighting all of the essential areas in your home - Dusting surfaces, furniture, and decorations - Vacuuming or sweeping floors - Mopping hard floors - Cleaning and disinfecting kitchen countertops, sinks, and appliances - Wiping down bathroom fixtures, countertops, and mirrors - Cleaning and scrubbing toilets - Scrubbing shower and tub - Emptying trash and replacing bin liners - Making beds - Changing sheets (if requested) - General tidying of common areas (throw blankets, pillows ect)
Premium
The deepest clean. Includes everything in “Clear Choice” and is more thorough and detailed, targeting hard-to-reach areas. The following tasks can be included -Wiping interior windows and window sills - Dusting and wiping baseboards. - Dusting all crown molding, light fixtures and chandeliers - Wiping outside of all cabinets, shelving and outward facing surfaces - Removing soap scum and buildup in shower and tub - Vacuuming AC vents
Move Out/In
Our Move-Out/Move-In clean is designed to make any property feel fresh and ready for the next chapter. Whether you're leaving or arriving, we ensure the space is spotless and welcoming. Please note: the home must be empty of all personal belongings and furniture before we arrive. This clean includes... - Cleaning and disinfecting kitchen countertops, sinks and outsides of all appliances. - Wiping down bathroom fixtures, countertops and mirrors - Cleaning and scrubbing toilets - Removing soap scum and buildup in shower and bathtub (within reason) - Wiping interior windows and windowsills - Dusting all crown molding and light fixtures - Wiping all cabinets, inside and out, shelving and outward facing surfaces - Dusting and wiping baseboards, trim and doors - Vacuuming AC vents and covers - Vacuuming all flooring - Mopping hard floors
