How often can you come clean?We offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate your needs and preferences. Our cleaning services can be scheduled on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. This allows you to choose a frequency that aligns with your lifestyle and the level of cleanliness you desire for your home.

What time does your team arrive?We ask you to be lenient with your time as no house is the same and we give each home the attention it deserves until the job is completed. We also have a 30-minute buffer period between each house to allow time for travel.

How do I reschedule?We understand life can throw the unexpected at you and canceling or rescheduling may be necessary. We have a strict 72-hour cancellation policy, as well as a 24-hour rescheduling period. This policy exists to protect our time and the time of our clients. Any cancellations that occur after our 72-hour grace period will be charged in full. Give us a call if rescheduling is necessary.

What should I expect while my home is being cleaned?Striving to exceed your expectations and provide you with a high level of satisfaction each time you see us is our main priority. Your trust and privacy are important to us. Our employees vow to respect your property, and always leave it better than they found it. Efficiency and attention to detail: our employees are trained to clean from top to bottom, focusing on being thorough and precise in each task, and moving on to the next. Before your floors are mopped, our “Team Leader” will do a final walkthrough with a checklist to ensure each home is left well up to standard.

How do I set up my first appointment?Give us a call at 225-615-4232 and we can discuss your requests, how many rooms you want to be serviced, your square footage, and which clean works best for you! Most initial services require the Premium. When a house hasn't been routinely cleaned by professionals we expect more buildup overall requiring a bit more time to effectively revive your home to our standards.

Can I leave special instructions?Yes! We recommend it! No home is the same and we strive to do our best to meet all your expectations. When you book your cleaning, put any comments in the message section, and we will apply them to your home.

Do I need to prepare my house before it's cleaned?Yes! We ask that you pick up any toys or clothing, as well as anything that needs to be put away. If you would like us to change any bedding please leave the clean sheets on the bed. If you'd like your sink cleaned, please leave it empty.

Do I need to be home while you clean?No! As most of our clients work during the week, they usually leave us a key or garage code in the notes section of their booking.

Is it okay to leave my pets at home while you clean?Yes. We ask that you leave them caged or outside during the time we clean to save time and reduce the number of markings on the floor.

How many people should I expect in my house at a time?Our crews clean in teams of two.

How do I pay?Most clients leave cash or check on the counter if they will not be home while we clean. Otherwise, we accept credit cards or Zelle.

Should I leave a tip?While tipping is not required, is it greatly appreciated. As a cleaning company, we strive to provide service that exceeds your expectations. Some of our clients prefer to tip a little at the end of each service while others provide a large tip at the end of the year. You can also leave a review on our website or Facebook page! We appreciate your feedback and love to hear that our work is satisfactory.

I have an alarm system, what do I do on days my house is cleaned?Leave a key in a designated spot and put instructions for your cleaners on disabling the alarm and entering in the message section of your booking.

Do I need to leave out cleaning supplies?We come prepared with our own equipment and supplies. If you have a specific product you would like us to use, you may leave them out along with a note describing where you would like us to use each product.

Do natural products take longer to use? Are they not as strong?Our all-natural cleaning products are highly concentrated and top of the line. They are no less powerful than typical cleaning supplies, just reduce the amount of chemicals and toxicity spread through your home. Offering you a worry-free and healthier clean!
