We ask you to be lenient with your time as no house is the same and we give each home the attention it deserves until the job is completed. We also have a 30-minute buffer period between each house to allow time for travel.

We understand life can throw the unexpected at you and canceling or rescheduling may be necessary. We have a strict 72-hour cancellation policy, as well as a 24-hour rescheduling period. This policy exists to protect our time and the time of our clients. Any cancellations that occur after our 72-hour grace period will be charged in full. Give us a call if rescheduling is necessary.

Yes! We recommend it! No home is the same and we strive to do our best to meet all your expectations. When you book your cleaning, put any comments in the message section, and we will apply them to your home.

Yes! We ask that you pick up any toys or clothing, as well as anything that needs to be put away. If you would like us to change any bedding please leave the clean sheets on the bed. If you'd like your sink cleaned, please leave it empty.

No! As most of our clients work during the week, they usually leave us a key or garage code in the notes section of their booking.

Yes. We ask that you leave them caged or outside during the time we clean to save time and reduce the number of markings on the floor.

Our crews clean in teams of two.

Most clients leave cash or check on the counter if they will not be home while we clean. Otherwise, we accept credit cards or Zelle.

While tipping is not required, is it greatly appreciated. As a cleaning company, we strive to provide service that exceeds your expectations.
